Mind devour by Sebmaestro Mind devour by Sebmaestro
This is another paradox that I've been working on for a couple of days. It describes a person with psychological problems such as schizophrenia, insanity, depression or other mental problems. His endless screaming makes his own mind eat him up.

I have periods in my life where I feel like this. I wanted to make an illustration of my thoughts and my pain within.

Equipment used: pencils (3B, 4B, 6B, 5H) stompf/blending stumps, charcoal, tissues and an eraser.

Size: Regular A2 (42 cm × 59,4 cm)

I also made an animation of it:

I was saying it's not original because you 'stole' it from someone, the drawing is old and it's someone else' work, that's why I said (me and other people) that's it's not your idea, you shoud've said that you copied or something and not take the idea as your own, but other than that it's really well done, I like it :) so keep up the good work, just credit people when you should ;)

Hi Sebmaestro, i am creating an easy to navigate and understand website for teenagers about mental illness. On the website there will be an art page that will feature two types of art: what it feels like to have an illness (dark side) and the lighter side concerning hope and it is possible to live normally with one. i was wondering if i could feature your artwork in the gallery - there will be a link to this page next to the featured image, also your name (either DA name or real name) if you are interested let me know :)

many thanks, steph :)

There was a guy in my school who did a picture like this, except he just had his face inside his open mouth, over and over. It wasn't like one continuous face like this

I'm using this drug called Tool. Try it out:

No, seriously, I got too much leisure, too little sleep, too many thoughts and great inspiration. I'm listening a lot to Tool and Isis when I'm working. My biggest influences are Alex Grey, Beksinski, Giger and Dali.

The resemblance to The Wall is not coincidental. It's a duplicate, a great one but it's not his idea. I've seen this picture many times before, a friend of mine got a tattoo of it a long time ago, so it's NOT his idea. It's a really good duplicate thou
